"the new york times" reports insurance companies are still not receiving all the information about individuals who sign up for coverage through the exchanges. and that creates a logistical nightmare for these guys. they need to track down that additional data and in some instances the insurance companies have no record that consumers signed up for coverage at all through the website. but former adviser to president obama david pluf insisted obama care will be viewed as a success even if it doesn't happen until after the president is out of office. >> this program was designed to be implemented by the states. in most of the states running our exchanges is going quite well. you talk about medicaid. i think it's just a fact that it may take until 2017 when this president leaves offs, you'll see almost every state running their own exchanges and expanding medicaid. i think it will work really well then. >>
